REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICIES
In-store purchases exchange policy*:
All purchases made in-store have a 14-day exchange or store credit return policy. No refunds.
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items (All sales FINAL)
- Gift cards
- Underwear / Personal care items
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that it was purchased. To complete your exchange or store credit, we require your original receipt.
*The above policy applies to online purchases for in-store pick-up: Exchange / Store credit only.
Online purchases exchange policy:
ALL PURCHASES DURING SALE PROMOTIONS (BOXING DAY / SEASONAL ETC.) ARE FINAL
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@wildflowerclothing.com. If your return is accepted, you can send the item back to Wildflower Clothing. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will not send an approved exchange item until the return is received in store, inspected and approved.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will have 7 days after receiving your item to verify order accuracy and satisfaction.
ONLINE ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- Orders are fulfilled (processed and shipped) within 2-5 business days of placement.
- Orders processed Monday through Friday (not on weekends and/or national & Nova Scotia statutory holidays
In-store / curbside pickup:
Orders placed for in-store pick up will usually be processed within 1 business day. Please ensure you have your receipt / order confirmation with you when picking up. If you haven't heard from us, please call 902.420.0364 before coming to pick up to confirm your order is ready.
Shipping:
We use Canada Post and UPS as our shipping partner. Our Canadian customers will have the choice of flat rate shipping or rates as calculated by Canada Post or UPS. Once mailed, packages will take 2-5 business days (destination dependent) for delivery and orders will include a tracking number.

Free shipping on all orders over $299.00 CAD
Currently, we offer flat rates in Canada as follows:
Within Nova Scotia: $20 CAD
Rest of Canada: $25 CAD
We have a discounted shipping rates through Canada Post and UPS that are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Customers will also have the choice of Canada Post's shipping rates as well.
International import duties / customs / taxes:
Wildflower Clothing Inc. is not responsible for any import duties, customs and/or taxes incurred on USA & international shipments. These are the responsibility of the purchaser and will vary according to country.
