Position: Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with retails sales experience (mandatory) and a love of fashion. Work directly with the boutique owner to inspire, support, and most importantly, connect with our valued customers...both existing and new.

Position Summary

Reporting to the store owner, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store, running the sales floor, receiving and management of inventory, visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.

Job Requirements:

-Proven retail sales experience (minimum 3 years)

-Excellent customer service skills, the ability to communicate and build rapport with existing/new clientele.

-Knowledge of the retail industry; love of fashion and trends

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Accountable to store and individual goals and results

-Professional; must have a passionate and positive attitude and be capable of working independently

-Awareness of current trends and the ability to apply your expertise to styling our clientele

-Basic computer skills; Working knowledge of Shopify and social media skills an asset

-Must have availability for Saturdays. Part-time (15-20 hrs/week)
